When you send a quote request or contractor enquiry we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, site address or postcode, job details, dates and any photos you choose to upload.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without asking.
How it's stored
Enquiries and photos are stored securely with our website hosting provider and can only be viewed by authorised staff who sign in. We keep enquiries only as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting work, and our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing las.ltd.bristol@icloud.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If staff sign in to view enquiries, essential browser storage is used to keep them signed in. Our web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver the font files. Because we only use strictly necessary storage, no cookie consent banner is required.
